By using our website, scheduling service, or authorizing repairs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Service Authorization
All repair work requires written or verbal authorization. We will provide a written estimate before any work begins. Additional work discovered during repair will be communicated for your approval before proceeding.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are valid for 30 days. Final invoices may vary if additional issues are discovered, but only with your prior approval.
Warranty
Repairs are covered by our 12-month / 12,000-mile (whichever comes first) nationwide warranty on parts and labor, subject to normal wear-and-tear exclusions and proper vehicle maintenance.
Vehicle Pickup
Vehicles must be picked up within 7 days of completion. Storage fees may apply after this period. Abandoned vehicles are subject to mechanic's lien procedures under PA law.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair performed. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost wages, or rental car costs.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
