Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. This Refund Policy explains how we handle refund requests.

Service Refunds

Completed repair services are generally non-refundable. If a repair fails to resolve the documented issue within our warranty period, we will re-perform the work at no charge or issue a credit/refund at our discretion.

Parts

Defective parts are covered under manufacturer warranty and replaced at no cost. Special-order or installed parts are non-returnable unless defective.

Diagnostic Fees

Diagnostic fees are non-refundable as they cover labor performed to identify the issue.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
