Appointment Cancellations
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, may incur a $50 fee to cover reserved bay time.
Cancellations After Work Has Begun
If work has already begun, you are responsible for parts, labor, and diagnostic time performed up to the cancellation point. We will reassemble your vehicle for pickup.
