These billing terms apply to all services and transactions with COKES AUTO LLC.
Payment Due
Payment is due upon completion of service before vehicle pickup, unless prior financing arrangements have been approved in writing.

Estimates
All estimates are provided in writing before work begins. We will obtain your authorization for any work that exceeds the estimate by more than 10%.
Late Payments
Unpaid balances may accrue a 1.5% monthly service charge and may result in a mechanic's lien on the vehicle under Pennsylvania law.
Disputes
Billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of invoice date. See our Dispute Resolution Policy.
