Step 1 — Direct Communication

Step 2 — Written Complaint
If unresolved, submit a written complaint with all relevant invoices and documentation. We will respond within 10 business days.
Step 3 — Mediation
Disputes that remain unresolved may proceed to non-binding mediation in Cumberland County, PA.
Step 4 — Arbitration
Any remaining disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Pennsylvania.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action.
